PKR leaders have never been so busy in the last few days. PAS is currently having its Annual Youth Party Conference in Perak. MB Perak is hosting this big do and even scheduling MB Kelantan and also PAS President, Ustad Hadi to read sermons for Friday prayers.
PAS leaders also paid their respects to the Palace of Perak and they were well received. However, the Palace politely turned down their requests to read sermons and lead Friday prayers at designated mosques.
During the conference, PAS members proposed that Ustaz Hadi should be made the Prime Minister of Malaysia when PKR dominates the parliament. The proposer could, perhaps, be under influence to say this during the conference. He could possibly be and intelligent or an ignorant person.
This is the first time PAS appears confident to come up with such wild ideas. It is sad to learn that PAS members are not au fait with the processes of choosing a PM for this country. It will be good if PAS members be more calm in the conference than to utter ridiculous views which will certainly hurt the DAP and PKR leaders respectively who also aspire to be PM.
For the moment PKR leaders should devote their time to resolve internal squabbles which could lead to breakups. Thinking of the impossible is good but stretching it could bring about a fatal fall for PAS and its partners.
